Shipping Policy

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and you will be notified accordingly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates will vary. Rates are calculated based on the orders total weight, dimensions, and address to determine accurate shipping prices. If you are looking for a different delivery method such as next day please email hello@redticking.com with the item(s) information and we will work with you separately.

We are currently only shipping in the United States.

FRAGILE & LARGE ITEM SHIPPING

There are some products on our website such as mirrors that are only available for store pickup currently. We can also arrange for special delivery working with our shippers.
